Kadeem Maynard Pleads Guilty

Kadeem Maynard has changed his not guilty plea to guilty on the count of conspiracy to import a controlled substance. Maynard appeared in a Miami court this afternoon to change his not guilty plea to guilty in his case USA v Kadeem Maynard.

The son of former Port boss was slapped with three charges but has only changed his plea in one, same as his mother Oleanvine Pickering-Maynard

Sentencing has been set for 21 August 2023.

Both Maynards and former Premier Andrew Fahie were arrested and charged in April 2022 on conspiracy to traffic a controlled substance and money laundering in addition to other charges. All eyes are now on the former Premier as to his next move. His case is scheduled for July unless he changes his plea.
