The Rt Hon Lord Goldsmith MP, has been appointed Minister of State for Overseas Territories, Commonwealth, Energy, Climate & Environment. 

Lord Goldsmith succeeds the Rt Hon Jesse Norman MP as Minister for Overseas Territories.
