The BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) is appealing to residents to support our ongoing Blood Drive at the Dr. D Orlando Smith Hospital Laboratory.  All blood types are welcomed, and you can contact the Laboratory by calling (284) 852 7500 ext: 7571/757 or visit any time between 7a.m to 4p.m.

Giving blood saves lives, and this Blood Drive aims to ensure vital blood products are readily available for patients. The Laboratory’s current blood supply is low, and past donors are kindly asked to support once again.

In preparation for blood donation, please remember to eat a full meal at least 2 hours before donating.
