Sources have confirmed to our newsroom that both Kishma Penn and Kaream ‘Picko Moff’ Pickering were arrested over the weekend, and released pending further investigations.

On or about December 18, the RVIPF released a statement confirming that they were investigating a video released that could have been looked at as possibly advocating violence. Our newsroom and others were later informed that it was a ‘Live Facebook video’ released some weeks earlier by Picko Moff that was under investigation.

There had been no further information on the matter, until the past weekend’s arrest.

Our newsroom understands that Kishma Penn was arrested and is under further investigation for a ‘Live Facebook Video’ done on March 9th which is being considered slanderous and defamatory against the Premier in particular.

Guavaberry Media understands that both are due to be charged under the Cybercrime Act of 2019.

GBM has reached out to both Kishma and Picko Moff for comment.

Besides confirming her arrest, Kishma Penn had no further comment.

We have had no response up to press time from Kaream ‘Picko Moff’ Pickering.

Guavaberry understands that a complaint was allegedly file by Premier Natalio Wheatley.

Question For BVI Police: So being slanderous and defamatory against an individual is an arrestable CRIME, but someone constantly verbally threatening to take someone else's life and harassing them by way of damaging personal property, is not?!? Or does it just depend on Who is making the report???
