Minister for Communications and Works, Honourable Kye M. Rymer is featured as he welcomed the pilots and crew members of the Caribbean Air Rally on their arrival at the Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island on December 6. 

The BVI Tourist Board facilitated the scheduled visit of the 20 aircraft to the Virgin Islands during the multi-island Caribbean Air Rally.
