A woman identified as Jane Doe 11 who initially filed a rape and sex trafficking case against Dr. Henry Jarecki in June of 2024, has withdrawn the case.

“Since filing my anonymous complaint, I have reviewed the history and evidence of my relationship with Dr. Jarecki, which was many years ago, and have now come to the conclusion that he did not mean me any harm, I was never a patient of his, and I traveled with him voluntarily. I also now recognize I was not referred to Dr. Jarecki by Jeffrey Epstein.” Jane Doe

“Accordingly, I have withdrawn my complaint and will have no further comment on the matter.” Jane Doe went on to say.

The woman, had accused Dr. Jarecki of “coercing her into being his modern-day sex slave” after the now-deceased wealthy money manager Jeffrey E. Epstein sent her to his “close” friend Jarecki to treat her for depression she said was a result of Epstein’s sexual abuse.

Guavaberry Media received an email late this afternoon Friday April 4, 2025 from Gary J. Mennitt of global law firm Dechert LLP informing our media house that Dr Jarceki’s accuser was withdrawing the lawsuit and all its allegations.

Dr Jarecki, a Belonger of the Virgin Islands had always pleaded his innocence.

A lawyer for Jarecki had said in June 2024 that "The allegations will be shown to be entirely false and baseless. Dr Jarecki never engaged in any abusive conduct with the complainant or any other person."

Mr Jarecki, who turns 92 on April 15, owns both Guana Island and Norman Island in the Virgin Islands.
