No stranger to the First District, and known for his passion for standing up and fighting for what he believes in, Chad C George has taken up the mantle and has decided to contest this year's upcoming General Election as an Independent Candidate in the First District.

Raised in Carrot Bay by his mother and grand parents, Chad knows the meaning of family and togetherness, and with that strength and unity he will achieve all that is needed to propel the district forward. 

Chad attended the Isabella Morris Primary School, then the BVI High School, where he was Head Boy in his senior year. He later went on to attend HLSCC and transferred to Norfolk State University where he attained a Bachelors Degree in Business with a concentration in Finance (Cumme Laude). Upon his return to the BVI from college, he worked in the Private Sector, holding various positions within the Financial Services Industry, including his current position as an Approved Compliance Officer/Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Being a man of the people for the people, Chad has assisted and helped various individuals in the District wherever he could, no matter their age. He has now decided to make this a full time commitment and dedicate himself to public service, to further develop the First District. He knows that it will not be easy, but together the First District can and will be the what we all know it can be - “Great”.

With a mindset of we are only as strong as our weakest link, every village and person in the first district will be attended to equally to ensure the strength of the entire District.
