The public is asked to assist with the location of Mr. Pascal Bosman of Netherlands and Mr. Martire Cabrera of Dominican Republic (carrying a St. Kitts & Nevis passport). 

Both individuals travelled to the Territory via cruise ship Norwegian Sky on Friday, 19 April and have not returned to the ship or departed the Territory legally, and remain at large.
