The Honourable Ralph T. O’Neal Hat Parade has become a beautiful staple during the Virgin Gorda Easter Festival. The event, founded in 2018, saw its 4th Annual showing on Sunday, April 9th, with a beautiful and creative array of hats.

The event, which is the brainchild of the family of the late Honourable Ralph T O’Neal, was founded to raise funds for the Ciboney Centre of Excellence, a private educational school in Virgin Gorda.

This year’s event started at Dixies and ended at Walter Park. There were five winning categories, with Dawn Flax winning over all most creative.

The late Honourable Ralph O’Neal was the District Representative of Virgin Gorda and a former Premier of the Territory.
