Officers of the RVIPF's Marine Unit responded to a report of an unresponsive male drifting on a dinghy between Marina Cay and Great Camanoe shortly after 7am on July 27. He was transported to Dr. D Orlando Hospital, where he was officially pronounced dead.

His identity and the circumstances of the incident are currently unknown. Efforts are underway to ascertain his identity.
