Based on information in the Virgin Islands Gazette and signed by the Governor on 2 June 2023, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sustainable Development has officially been formed. The new Ministry of course falls under the Portfolio of the Premier, Dr. Natalio Wheatley.

This is the second new Ministry that has been formed by the newly elected Wheatley-led Government. The other Ministry is that of Financial Services under the portfolio of the Deputy Premier Lorna Smith OBE.
